Where your data is held

Your personal data is held by a UK-based company and comes under UK GDPR and ICO guidelines. Your personal data is held by us on systems contained within the UK. We may pass your data through backups in an encrypted form to cloud storage providers with global locations but will only use locations within the UK and EEA. When held in backups, your encrypted data can only be decrypted by us within the UK.

Our partner organisations whom we pass data through to process data are also principally based in the UK but may also pass data through to cloud providers and hold your data within the UK/EEA.

We have a number of physical and digital protections in place to keep your data safe. We host our systems in data centres in the UK which have a number of physical layers of protection in place.
